Abstract

DISPOSITIF DE DÉTECTION D’UNE CRIQUE DANS UNE PIÈCE DE TURBOMACHINE, PROCÉDÉ DE DÉTECTION ASSOCIÉ Un aspect de l’invention concerne un dispositif de détection (20) d’une crique dans une pièce (10) de turbomachine destinée à être fixée à un banc d’essai par des moyens de fixation (11), le dispositif de détection comportant : un transducteur électroacoustique (21) adapté pour convertir un premier signal acoustique, émis par la pièce lorsqu’elle est soumise à une sollicitation vibratoire, en un premier signal électrique, un amplificateur du premier signal électrique, un transducteur électroacoustique (23) adapté pour convertir un deuxième signal acoustique, émis par les moyens de fixation lorsque la pièce est soumise à la sollicitation vibratoire, en un deuxième signal électrique, un amplificateur du deuxième signal électrique, des moyens de traitement pour : filtrer le premier signal électrique amplifié, détecter l’apparition d’une crique dans la pièce lorsque le premier signal électrique filtré présente une amplitude supérieure ou égale à une amplitude de référence prédéterminée.
