Formulation comprenant un matériau semiconducteur organique de type p et un matériau semiconducteur de type n La présente description concerne une formulation comprenant un polymère semiconducteur organique de type p comprenant un composé aryle conjugué, un composé hétéroaryle conjugué ou un mélange d'au moins deux de ces composés ; un matériau semiconducteur de type n comprenant du fullerène, du fullerène substitué ou un mélange d'au moins deux de ces composés ; un solvant non aqueux, la concentration du polymère semiconducteur organique de type p étant comprise entre 12 mg/mL et 17 mg/mL par millilitre de solvant et concentration du matériau semiconducteur organique de type p étant comprise entre 24 mg/mL et 28 mg/mL par millilitre de solvant.
