Dans cette invention, en outre, l’orifice de pré-maintien (9.2) de chacun des deux supports latéraux (7) a une forme oblongue horizontale et un des deux supports (7) comprend une plaquette de centrage (13) avec un orifice oblong verticalement (13.1) superposé à l’orifice de pré-maintien (9.2) de ce support (7) et qui est dimensionné pour assurer un centrage du pion de pré-maintien (3.1).
