Abstract

La présente invention concerne une structure de menuiserie du type bloc-baie adaptée pour équiper une ouverture (O) réalisée dans un mur de bâtiment (M) séparant des espaces intérieur (I) et extérieur (E), ladite ouverture (O) étant équipée d’un linteau (L) muni d’une réservation de linteau (R) pour l’accueil d’un dispositif d’occultation (V), laquelle réservation de linteau (R) est ouverte du côté dudit espace intérieur (I), et se prolonge par un plafond de bâtiment (P). Cette structure de menuiserie (1) comprend :- un cadre dormant (2) comprenant une traverse haute (22), ainsi qu’une partie couvre-joint (23) munie d’une face arrière de partie couvre-joint (23a), - une structure de potence (3) supérieure comprenant une traverse de potence (31) ainsi qu’une ouverture de potence (33), et - un agencement de trappe (4) adapté pour obturer de manière amovible ladite ouverture de potence (33). Et selon l’invention, ledit agencement de trappe (4) comprend :- une paroi de trappe (41), amovible, interposée entre ladite traverse haute (22) du cadre dormant (2) et ladite traverse de potence (31), - une paroi de finition (42), amovible, interposée entre ladite traverse haute (22) du cadre dormant (2) et ledit plafond de bâtiment (P), et - une structure d’isolation (43), amovible, interposée entre ladite paroi de trappe (41) et ladite paroi de finition (42).
