Abstract
PROCEDE D'INSPECTION OPTIQUE D'UN OBJET La présente description concerne un procédé d'inspection optique d'un objet comprenant au moins un profilomètre comprenant un projecteur configuré pour projeter sur l'objet un motif lumineux et au moins des premier et deuxième capteurs d'images (C1, C2), le procédé comprenant le déplacement de l'objet par rapport au profilomètre selon un parcours et la commande par un module de traitement des premier et deuxième capteurs d'images pour l’acquisition d'images de l'objet selon au moins des première et deuxième phases successives, dans l'une des première ou deuxième phases, les premier et deuxième capteurs d'images étant alternativement commandés pour l’acquisition d'images de l'objet, et, dans l'autre des première ou deuxième phases, les premier et deuxième capteurs d'images étant commandés simultanément pour l’acquisition d'images de l'objet.
