Abstract
Un dispositif d’analyse (DA) est couplé à un appareil de soudage par résistance en courant alternatif (AS) comprenant des électrodes (E1-E2) entre lesquelles sont placées des pièces métalliques l’une contre l’autre, et un circuit d’alimentation (CA) connecté aux électrodes (E1-E2) et délivrant un courant électrique circulant entre ces dernières en traversant les pièces pour produire un point de soudure. Ce dispositif (DA) comprend un premier détecteur (D1) mesurant des premières valeurs représentatives du courant électrique, un second détecteur (D2) mesurant des secondes valeurs représentatives d’une tension entre les électrodes (E1-E2), et un analyseur (AM) analysant des évolutions temporelles des premières et secondes valeurs et délivrant un message signalant un point de soudure non conforme en cas de détection pendant sa production d’une évolution temporelle des premières valeurs supérieure à un premier seuil et d’une évolution temporelle des secondes valeurs supérieure à un second seuil.
