COMPOSANT MULTICOUCHE FAÇONNÉ AVEC DES CAPACITÉS FONCTIONNELLES Un composant multicouche façonné avec des capacités fonctionnelles qui comporte : un corps d’injection (10) rigide constitué d’un premier matériau polymère qui comprend une face principale (11); une feuille de revêtement (20) ayant des capacités fonctionnelles et qui comprend, un second matériau, ladite couche étant thermosoudée à ladite face principale (11); dans lequel la face principale (11) est lisse et plane ou lisse et avec des rayons de courbure supérieurs à 20 mm; la feuille de revêtement (20) inclut en outre un matériau fonctionnel électro-conducteur (21) souple mélangé avec ou disposé sur le second matériau polymère formant au moins un circuit conducteur en liaison avec une source d’énergie électrique, ledit matériau fonctionnel électro-conducteur (21) étant stable à l’intérieur d'une plage de températures de fusion du premier et du deuxième matériaux; permettant un thermo-soudage de la feuille de revêtement (20) sur le corps d’injection (10) sans destruction du circuit conducteur.
