« Unité de conditionnement d’une pâte à cuire, procédé d’utilisation et flan en carton pour moule de cuisson de la pâte » L’invention concerne une unité de conditionnement (21) d’une pâte à cuire (20) comportant un flan (1) en carton sur lequel est disposée à plat la pâte à cuire (20), ladite pâte à cuire (20) étant adaptée à être cuite dans un moule. Le flan (1) en carton est résistant à la chaleur d’une cuisson de la pâte à cuire (20), le flan (1) est plat et comporte sur sa périphérie des découpes (15) (22, 23) et des lignes d’affaiblissement (13, 14), lesdites lignes d’affaiblissement (13, 14) étant destinées à permettre le pliage du carton du flan (1) le long desdites lignes d’affaiblissement (13, 14), lesdites découpes (15) (22, 23) et lignes d’affaiblissement (13, 14) définissant un ensemble de panneaux de bord (3 à 10) pouvant être pliés vers le haut par rapport au reste (2) du flan pour former un moule, les panneaux de bord (3 à 10) formant alors une paroi périphérique montante du moule lorsqu’ils sont pliés vers le haut et délimitant un fond (2) de moule constitué du reste du flan (1), chaque panneau de bord (3 à 10) comportant deux extrémités latérales opposées (19) et un bord externe (22, 23) opposé à la ligne d’affaiblissement (13, 14) reliant ledit panneau de bord (3 à 10) au fond (2), au moins une partie (3, 5, 7, 9) de l’ensemble des panneaux de bord (3 à 10) pouvant être solidarisés entre eux par leurs extrémités latérales (19) adjacentes respectives lorsque les panneaux de bord (3 à 10) sont pliés vers le haut.
