Abstract
Le présent document concerne un transformateur utilisé comme inducteur série pour les convertisseurs à résonance ZVS ou LLC comprenant : un noyau magnétique de section transversale cylindrique ou polygonale ; une bobine (1) d'un matériau isolant électrique fournissant un corps de bobine ; des enroulements primaire (2) et secondaire (4) isolés électriquement et enroulés coaxialement autour d'une rainure annulaire de ladite bobine, dans lequel la bobine (1) a des extensions configurées pour être fixées à des bornes (5) pour la connexion électrique avec lesdits enroulements primaire (2) et secondaire (4), caractérisé en ce qu'un film magnétique (3) flexible à faible perméabilité est disposé, logé, entre lesdits enroulements primaire (2) et secondaire (4) entourant ledit film magnétique (3) au moins en partie l'enroulement primaire (2), moyennant quoi les trois éléments : l'enroulement primaire (2), le film magnétique (3) et l'enroulement secondaire (4) sont coaxiaux entre eux et entourent le noyau magnétique.
