Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une mousse à porosité fermée L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une mousse à porosité fermée (1), caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : a) on prépare un mélange qui contient au moins : - un polymère anionique apte à la gélification ionotropique ; - un agent moussant ; - un agent séquestrant ; - une source de cations multivalents qui se solubilisent à pH acide ; - un solvant ; - optionnellement un agent stabilisant ; - optionnellement une charge ; b) on agite le mélange de manière à obtenir une mousse ; c) on ajoute à la mousse un composé capable de libérer des protons en quantité suffisante pour solubiliser lesdits cations multivalents de telle sorte que le polymère anionique gélifie de manière ionotropique ; d) on sèche la mousse. L’invention concerne aussi un objet (par exemple emballage, matériau isolant ou à retard de flammes) qui est réalisé à partir de cette mousse (1). Figure 4
