Abstract
La présente invention concerne une puce microfluidique pour attirer et détruire un élément biologique spécifique, ladite puce comprenant : - un réservoir (1) constitué d’une matrice comprenant un composé chimioattractant capable d’attirer l’élément biologique - au moins un réseau de microcanaux (2) disposé entre le réservoir (1) et le milieu extérieur (3) de la puce et permettant de laisser passer le composé chimioattractant vers ledit milieu et de laisser passer l’élément biologique présent dans ledit milieu en direction du réservoir (1) - au moins une électrode (4) disposée entre le réservoir (1) et le réseau de microcanaux (2), ladite électrode (4) étant apte à générer un champ électrique de façon à détruire l’élément biologique lors de son passage vers le réservoir (1).
