Abstract
La présente invention décrit un dispositif simple modifiant les becs d'instruments de musique à anche simple, comme les saxophones et les clarinettes. L'innovation consiste en l'insertion d'une ou plusieurs cloisons, longitudinalement dans le bec, et sensiblement parallèlement à l'anche. Le flux d'air est alors fractionné en deux ou plusieurs courants parallèles qui se séparent et se recombinent plus loin. L'un au moins de ces courants est, sur une partie de son trajet, soustrait à l'influence vibratoire de l'anche. Il en résulte, selon la position, la longueur, l'orientation et le nombre de ces cloisons séparatrices, une amélioration de l'émission sonore, notamment à bas niveau. Le timbre et la couleur sonore de l'instrument se trouvent également modifiés.
