Abstract

Installation (1) de séchage de végétaux comprenant : - un séchoir (2) équipé d’une entrée (21) d’air, d’une sortie (22) de recirculation d’air, et d’une sortie (23) d'échappement d’air obturable, - une chambre (3) d’admission d’air équipée d’une entrée (31) d’admission d’air extérieur obturable, et dans laquelle débouche la sortie (22) de recirculation d’air du séchoir (2), -une unité (4) frigorifique comprenant un compresseur, un condenseur (42) et un évaporateur (43), -un circuit (5) de circulation forcée d’air reliant la chambre (3) d’admission d’air à l’entrée (21) d’air du séchoir (2) en passant à travers l’évaporateur (43) et le condenseur (42) de l’unité (4) frigorifique, - une unité (6) de pilotage. L’installation (1) comprend un dispositif (8) de collecte des condensats de l’évaporateur (43), un dispositif (7) activable/désactivable de chauffage de l’air de la chambre (3) d’admission d’air, et deux modes de fonctionnement, l'un dans lequel le compresseur est en fonctionnement, l'autre dans lequel le compresseur est à l’arrêt, et le dispositif (7) de chauffage de l’air de la chambre (3) d'admission d'air est actif dans chacun des modes de fonctionnement.
