Abstract
Dispositif pour traiter et soulager des réactions inflammatoires post opératoire lors de chirurgie de la mâchoire. L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) composé de deux palettes (A,B) évidées (M), morphologiquement adaptées à la mâchoire (N). Les deux palettes présentent des orifices de remplissage (C,D) dans lesquels sont introduit l’eau (I) ou autre liquide de réfrigération. Une charnière articulée permet l’ajustement sur les mandibules (2). Dans chaque palette est inséré un pilier centrale anti déformation (K) sous l’effet de l’augmentation de volume du liquide réfrigérant, lié au gel. Cet ensemble une fois congelé est appliqué sur les mandibules, introduit dans sa housse (3), fermé par fermeture éclair (J), isolée (F) et permettant de protéger la peau (E). La housse permet d’ajuster le masque (H) et de le supporter (G) sans être obligé de le tenir.
