Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de réalisation d'une source chauffante électrique, comprenant un corps (11,21,31) muni d'un ou plusieurs logements renfermant des câbles chauffants à isolant minéral (19,29,39). Selon l'invention, les logements communiquent avec un ou des réservoirs qui reçoivent un matériau de brasure purement métallique sous forme solide, poudre ou feuille. Le dispositif est chauffé en un palier de dégazage sous vide, suivi d'un palier de coulée pendant lequel la brasure fond et rempli le logement autour des câbles chauffants. On obtient un contact métallique complet entre les câbles et le corps, fournissant une meilleure homogénéité de température et un temps de réaction plus court au chauffage ou refroidissement. L'invention porte aussi sur une source chauffante ainsi obtenue. Elle propose en particulier de réaliser une plaque chauffante(1) pour semiconducteurs, une source infrarouge carénée(2) pour réalisation de soudure de thermoplastique, ou un thermoplongeur pour le chauffage ou maintien d'un bain de fusion.
