Abstract
Fixation à double empreinte POZIDRIV (PZ) et TORX (TX) de haute performance de vissage et de perçage. L’invention concernant l’empreinte de la vis avec une double empreinte POZIDRIV (PZ) et TORX (TX) (fig: 1(1)) permettant d’utiliser un outil (tournevis ou perceuse) sans risque de blessure, facilement avec un embout quelconque, que ce soit un embout POZIDRIV (PZ) ou TORX (TX). Il est constitué d’une tête à deux empreintes POZIDRIV (PZ) et TORX (TX) (1) présenté avec une pointe pointue (fig: 1(2)) avec sur le filetage des anti-copeaux (fig: 1(3)), au milieu du filetage l’autonettoyant permet d’enlever des résidus (bois, aggloméré, métal) générés durant le perçage (fig: 1(4)). Le filage partiel est utilisé pour des longues vis alors que le filetage est total pour les petites vis (fig: 1(5)), pour avoir un perçage précis, rapide et adapté grâce à un autofraiseur situé sous la partie inférieure de la tête de vis (fig: 1(6)). Le dispositif selon l’invention est particulièrement destiné à un usage professionnel et particulier dans l’industrie de la fixation, avec pour but de simplifier l’expérience client et augmenter les performances de vissage avec tous les dispositifs greffés sur la vis.
