Abstract

La présente invention concerne un bandage non pneumatique (P), destiné à être monté sur une jante pour véhicule léger, et a pour objet un assemblage pour bandage (A), constitué par un élément de bandage (1) et un insert de serrage (9) et apte à être enroulé sur une jante (10), en visant une capacité de port de charge augmentée, un serrage sur jante optimal et une durée de vie en usure suffisante. L'élément de bandage (1) comprend deux portions de rigidification (6) au moins en partie non liées entre elles, chacune s'étendant dans la cavité intérieure principale ouverte (5) à partir de chaque bourrelet (4) jusqu'au sommet (2), et délimitant, avec une portion d'élément de bandage (7) en vis-à-vis de ladite portion de rigidification (6), une cavité intérieure secondaire fermée (8). En outre l'élément de bandage (1) comprend une portion de contact (21) et une portion porteuse (22), constituées par des matériaux différents. Enfin l'insert de serrage (9) est configuré pour appliquer un effort de serrage sur les deux bourrelets (4), lors de l'enroulement de l'assemblage pour bandage (A) sur la jante (10).
