Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un caoutchouc naturel pour stabiliser le caoutchouc naturel. Selon le procédé, le caoutchouc naturel est introduit sous la forme d'un coagulum humide dans une machine à vis sans fin, la machine à vis sans fin étant une extrudeuse qui comprend un fourreau et qui est équipée d'un dispositif d'injection qui comprend un ou plusieurs orifices débouchant dans le fourreau, dits points d'injection, et d'une filière à trous en bout de vis, puis un stabilisant de viscosité est injecté dans le caoutchouc naturel par l'intermédiaire du dispositif d'injection, le caoutchouc naturel est ensuite comprimé dans le fourreau à une température allant de 130°C à 210°C, puis soumis à une détente éclair adiabatique à une pression différentielle supérieure ou égale à 40 bars.The present invention relates to a method of treating natural rubber to stabilize natural rubber.
