Claims (12)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Méthode de fabrication d'un composite conducteur comprenant au moins une couche superficielle comprenant du graphène multi-feuillets. comprenant les étapes de : a) mise en contact d'un substrat, de préférence non-métallique, et d'une composition aqueuse de dépôt comprenant : o du graphène multi-feuillets à une concentration supérieure ou égale à 0,2 g/I de préférence supérieure ou égale à 1 g/I ou de manière encore plus préférée supérieure ou égale à 2 g/I, et 0 au moins un tensioactif ; b) traitement thermique du substrat obtenu à l'étape a) à une température allant de 60 à 300°C ; et obtention du composite.
- 2. Méthode selon la revendication précédente, comprenant en outre une étape c) de traitement à basse température du composite obtenu à l'étape b), de préférence pendant une durée comprise dans un intervalle allant de 5 minutes à 5 heures.
- 3. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les étapes a), b) et optionnellement c) sont répétées au moins une fois, de préférence de I à 30 itérations.
- 4. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'étape a), de mise en contact du substrat et de la composition aqueuse de dépôt, est réalisée par d'application directe de la composition aqueuse avec un pinceau, une brosse ou un pulvérisateur, par imprégnation de la composition aqueuse sur le substrat, par immersion du substrat dans la composition aqueuse ou par sérigraphie. 37
- 5. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la durée du traitement thermique de l'étape b) est comprise dans un intervalle allant de 1 minute à 5 heures.
- 6. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le au moins un tensioactif est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les tensioactifs anioniques, cationiques, amphotères, non-ioniques et leurs mélanges. 10
- 7. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la concentration en tensioactif(s) dans la composition aqueuse de dépôt est comprise dans un intervalle allant de 1 à 50%.
- 8. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le substrat est choisi dans le groupe comprenant les polymères thermoplastiques, les polymères thermodurcissables, les tissus à base de fibres naturelles etfou synthétiques, les céramiques, les verres et leurs mélanges. 20
- 9. Composite conducteur comprenant au moins une couche superficielle constituée de graphène multi-feuillets, obtenu selon la méthode de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- 10. Composite selon la revendication précédente dans lequel la au moins une couche superficielle constituée de graphène multi-feuillets possède une épaisseur comprise dans un intervalle allant de 1 à 1000 nm.
- 11. Composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10 ayant une conductivité électrique supérieure à 200 61m. 38
- 12. Dispositif comprenant un composite selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11.
