The present invention relates to a bag for transporting or storing an object, in particular an acoustic enclosure, the bag comprising:

- a base on which the object is intended to rest in a support direction intended to be substantially vertical, and

- two half-shells and a zipper fixed on the two half-shells, the two half-shells being movable between a closed configuration, in which the two half-shells define a housing for the object and at least part of the base and in which the zipper is closed to fix the two half-shells one on the other, and an open configuration, in which the zipper is at least partially open and the two half-shells are spaced apart 'one of the other to allow the object to be removed from the base, each of the two half-shells successively comprising, moving away from the housing:

- an internal finishing layer intended to be in contact with the object, and

- a layer of high density foam.

The invention also relates to a set of such a bag and to the object.

This type of bag is intended to immobilize the object relative to the base in the closed configuration. To do this, the bag is perfectly adjusted to the shape and dimensions of the object.

The production of such a bag is nevertheless delicate. Indeed, the zipper is generally sewn on the two half-shells and the relative position of the zipper with respect to the half-shells varies from one bag to another. Some of the bags made are too tight on the object that it is difficult, if not impossible, to close them on the object. In still other bags, the closure is easy, but the object moves inside the housing when these bags are moved. All these defective bags are discarded, which increases manufacturing costs.

An object of the invention is to provide a bag for transporting and storing the object and the manufacturing of which presents a lower cost.

To this end, the subject of the invention is a bag of the type described above, in which each of the two half-shells further comprises at least one layer of low density foam situated between the internal finishing layer and the layer of foam. high density.

According to particular embodiments, the bag includes one or more of the following characteristics, taken alone or in any technically possible combination:

the high density foam comprises crosslinked polyethylene, and / or the low density foam comprises polyethylene loaded with ethylene vinyl acetate;

each of the two half-shells comprises a lower part located opposite the base in the closed configuration, and an upper part intended to be vis-à-vis the object in the closed configuration, the upper part comprising at least one contact portion intended to be in contact with the object in the closed configuration, the layer of low density foam having, in the contact portion, a density of between 15 and 50 kg / m ³ ;

the layer of low density foam has, in the contact portion, a thickness of between 3 and 7 mm in the open configuration, preferably between 4 and 6 mm, and / or the layer of high density foam present, in the portion contact, a thickness between 5 and 10 mm in the open configuration;

- In the contact portion, the layer of high density foam has a density at least four times greater than that of the layer of low density foam, preferably at least six times greater;

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, an assembly 1 according to the invention is described.

The assembly 1 comprises an object 5 (visible in FIG. 2), in the example an acoustic enclosure, and a bag 10 for transporting or storing the object.

The assembly 1 rests for example on an advantageously horizontal surface S.

Object 5 is for example an active acoustic enclosure.

The object rests on a base 12 of the bag 10 in a direction of support V perpendicular to the surface S.

The object advantageously has an elongated shape in a direction of elongation L, for example perpendicular to the direction of support V. According to the direction of elongation L, the object has a front part 14 at least partly formed by a shell 16 made of plastic, and a rear part 18, for example of aluminum.

The object comprises two loudspeakers 20A, 20B arranged head to tail along a transverse axis T for example substantially perpendicular to the support direction V and, in the example, substantially perpendicular to the direction of elongation L. Between the two speakers 20A, 20B and the rear part 18, two flanges 21 A, 21B extend in the longitudinal direction L.

The object includes a speaker 22 located in the front part 14.

In addition to the base 12, the bag 10 includes two half-shells 24A, 24B, and a zipper 26 sewn onto the two half-shells.

Optionally, the bag 10 comprises a strap 28 (Figure 1) fixed on each of the two half-shells 24A, 24B, advantageously in a removable manner. Also optionally, the bag 10 includes two handles 30A, 30B (Figure 2) respectively fixed on the two half-shells.

As visible in FIGS. 3 and 4, the base 12 forms a bathtub comprising side walls 32 flared in the direction of support V to receive the object 5.

The base 12 is for example made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), for example having a Shore A hardness of between 85 and 95.

The base has a flat bottom 34 adapted to rest on the surface S.

The base defines an interior housing 36 located under the object 5 in the direction of support V and adapted to receive a cable 38 for the object's electrical supply.

The base has a tongue 40 located in the extension of the walls 32.

The tongue 40 is adapted to cooperate with a housing 42 formed by the rear part 18 of the object to allow proper positioning of the object on the base.

The tongue 40 has a front face 44 adapted to position the rear part 18 of the object in the direction of elongation L, an upper edge 46 adapted to position the object in the support direction V, and two lateral edges 48A , 48B adapted to position the rear part transversely.

The wall 32 has an upper edge 50 having a circular portion 52 adapted to receive and position the front part 14 of the object.

The wall 32 advantageously forms a shoulder 54 in the direction of support V. The shoulder 54 surrounds for example the bottom 34 around the direction of support V.

The two half-shells 24A, 24B are movable between a closed configuration (FIG. 1), in which the two half-shells define a housing 56 for the object 5 and a part of the base 12 and in which the zipper 26 is closed to fix the two half-shells one on the other, and an open configuration (Figure 2), in which the zipper is open and the two half-shells are spaced from each other to allow the object to be removed from the base.

The two half-shells 24A, 24B are advantageously obtained by thermocompression of superimposed layers. During thermocompression, the layers are more or less compressed and the half-shells take their shape shown in the figures, and their final characteristics, in particular of thickness and density of the layers.

With the exception of the presence of a mark on one of them (without technical effect), the two half-shells are advantageously symmetrical with each other with respect to a plane P perpendicular to the direction transverse T. Also, only the half-shell 24B will be described in detail below. The half-shell 24A is deduced from the half-shell 24B by symmetry in the example shown.

As can be seen in FIG. 5, the half-shell 24B comprises, in the direction of support V, a bottom part 58 located opposite the base 12 in the closed configuration, and a top part 60 located in vis-à-vis the object in the closed configuration.

The half-shell 24B has a fixing edge 62 extending in the plane P in the closed configuration and on which the zipper 26 is fixed. The demicoque 24B includes a retaining edge 64 adapted to match the base 12 around the support direction V and to cooperate with the shoulder 54 of the base so as to retain the base in the support direction V when the bag 10 is lifted.

As can be seen in FIG. 6, the half-shell 24B successively comprises, moving away from the housing 56, a layer 66 of internal finish adapted to be in contact with the object, a layer 68 of low density foam, a layer 70 high density foam, and advantageously an outer finishing layer 72.

The layer 68 of low density foam has a lower density than that of the layer 70 of high density foam.

In the example, the layers 68 and 70 consist respectively of a single layer of foam.

According to a particular embodiment, one and / or the other of the layers 68 and 70 is made up of several sublayers of the same material or of materials different from each other.

The lower part 58 and the upper part 60 are for example separated by a fold zone 74 which follows the edge 50 of the base 12 in the closed configuration.

The upper part 60 includes a contact portion 76 adapted to be in close contact with the object in the closed configuration.

By "narrow" is meant here that the contact portion 76 is designed to press more on the object than do other portions of the half-shell 24B.

The upper part 60 comprises two open portions 78, 80 situated respectively opposite the loudspeaker 24B and the flange 21B and intended to make less close contact with the object. The upper part 60 comprises an assembly portion 82 located near the edge 62 and on which the zipper 26 is fixed. The upper part comprises a transition portion 84 separating the contact portion 76 from the cleared portions 78, 80.

The contact portion 76 comprises two zones 86, 88 opposite one another in the direction of elongation L in the closed configuration, and a zone 90 opposite the base in the direction of support V.

Advantageously, the contact portion 86 has a "C" shape in view in the transverse direction T, in the closed configuration, the "C" being open on the side of the base in the support direction V.

The two zones 86, 88 are adapted to wedge the object in the direction of elongation L relative to the base 12.

The zone 90 is adapted to wedge the object in the direction of support V against the base 12.

The high density foam comprises for example crosslinked polyethylene (PE).

The low density foam includes, for example, polyethylene loaded with EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), or comprises an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer.

The internal finishing layer 66 is for example made of polar loop fabric, advantageously with a brushed finish on its two faces. The layer 66 is for example made of polyester.

The outer finishing layer 72 is for example made of textile which can be extended in its two axes (perpendicular to the direction of the thickness). Advantageously, the layer 72 comprises nylon and elastane, for example between 8% and 16%.

In the contact portion 76, the layer 68 of low density foam advantageously has a density of between 15 and 50 kg / m ³ , and for example a thickness of between 3 and 7 mm in the open configuration, preferably between 4 and 6 mm.

In the contact portion 76, the layer 70 of high density foam advantageously has a thickness of between 5 and 10 mm in the open configuration.

In the contact portion, the layer 70 of high density foam has for example a density at least four times greater than that of the layer 68 of low density foam, preferably at least six times greater.

Before the thermocompression of the half-shell 24B, the layer 68 of low density foam has for example a thickness of 5 mm, more or less 1 mm, and a density between 22 and 33 kg / m ³ , for example 28 kg / m ³ .

In the lower part 58, the thickness of the half-shell 24B is for example 5 between 4 and 10 mm outside of any fold zones.

Thanks to the characteristics described above, in a wide range of relative positions of the zipper 26 relative to the half-shells 24A, 24B, the bag 10 remains easy to close, because the layer 68 of low density foam allows crushing transverse of the half-shells on the object in the closed configuration. In addition, thanks to the 10 layer 68 of low density foam, the object remains well maintained by the bag in the closed configuration, even when the relative position of the zipper 26 gives the housing 56 a larger volume than expected.
