Abstract

Un procédé de contrôle d'une pièce aéronautique, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - une étape d'acquisition par imagerie en 2D d'une image source (IMG1) - une étape de calcul, pour chaque pixel de l'image source (IMG1), d'au moins une caractéristique de contour, - une étape de détermination d'une probabilité de contour par une fonction de régression logistique - une étape de détermination d'un contour (CONT) - une étape de recalage d'une modélisation informatique (MI) de ladite pièce aéronautique par rapport au contour détecté (CONT) de l'image source afin d'obtenir une modélisation informatique recalée (MIc), - une étape de génération d'une image simulée (IMG2) à partir de la modélisation informatique recalée (MIc), et - une étape de comparaison des pixels de l'image simulée (IMG2) à l'image source (IMG1) de manière à déterminer des défauts de la pièce aéronautique.
