Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de mesure de jeu d'un turbocompresseur, ledit turbocompresseur comportant un stator (2) et un rotor (3) apte à pivoter par rapport au stator (2) autour d'un axe (X), le procédé comportant les étapes consistant à monter le stator (2) sur un support fixe (8) de façon à ce que ledit axe (X) soit horizontal, suspendre une masse (22a) au rotor (3), par l'intermédiaire de moyens de renvoi d'angle (20) conçus pour exercer sur le rotor (3) un effort de traction orienté selon l'axe (X) dans une première direction axiale, sous l'effet du poids généré par la masse (22a), réaliser une première mesure de la position axiale du rotor (3) par rapport au stator (2), suspendre une masse (22a) au rotor (3), par l'intermédiaire de moyens de renvoi d'angle (20) conçus pour exercer sur le rotor un effort de traction orienté selon l'axe (X) dans une seconde direction axiale, opposée à la première direction axiale, sous l'effet du poids généré par la masse (22a), réaliser une seconde mesure de la position axiale du rotor (3) par rapport au stator (2).The invention relates to a method for measuring the clearance of a turbocharger, said turbocharger comprising a stator (2) and a rotor (3) capable of pivoting with respect to the stator (2) about an axis (X), the method comprising the steps of mounting the stator (2) on a fixed support (8) so that said axis (X) is horizontal, suspending a mass (22a) from the rotor (3), by means of angle transmission (20) designed to exert on the rotor (3) a tensile force oriented along the axis (X) in a first axial direction, under the effect of the weight generated by the mass (22a), achieve a first measurement of the axial position of the rotor (3) relative to the stator (2), suspend a mass (22a) from the rotor (3), by means of angular transmission means (20) designed to exert on the rotor a tensile force oriented along the axis (X) in a second axial direction, opposite to the first axial direction, under the effect of the weight generated by the mass (22a), achieve a s second measurement of the axial position of the rotor (3) with respect to the stator (2).
