Abstract
Un procédé contrôle le fonctionnement d'une installation de soudage laser comprenant un robot se déplaçant par rapport à des pièces à souder et comportant une tête générant un faisceau laser et comprenant des miroirs orientables pour orienter le faisceau laser pour réaliser des cordons de soudure. Ce procédé comprend : - une première étape (10-30) dans laquelle un boîtier de contrôle contrôle le déplacement du robot jusqu'à un premier endroit adapté au soudage d'une première plaque de test, puis contrôle des orientations successives des miroirs pour réaliser des cordons de soudure selon un premier schéma dans une zone prédéfinie de la première plaque de test, et - une deuxième étape (40-60) dans laquelle on détermine s'il existe une différence entre les cordons de soudure réalisés et le premier schéma, et dans l'affirmative on en déduit qu'il existe un dysfonctionnement de la tête.A method controls the operation of a laser welding installation comprising a robot moving relative to parts to be welded and comprising a head generating a laser beam and comprising orientable mirrors for orienting the laser beam to produce weld beads.
