Abstract

L'invention concerne un moule (1) et différents procédés d'utilisation d'un tel moule (1) pour la préparation de produit alimentaire, comprenant au moins un récipient (2) apte à recevoir un produit alimentaire, éventuellement au moins un foncet (3), un foncet (3) étant associé à chaque récipient (2), étant apte à fermer le récipient (2) associé et conformé de manière à pouvoir être enfoncé dans le récipient (2) de manière à presser le produit alimentaire contenu dans le récipient (2) et éventuellement un moyen de pressage apte à presser sur ledit au moins un foncet (3), comprenant encore au moins un capteur (6) apte à mesurer une caractéristique du produit alimentaire.
