Abstract

Un dispositif d'affichage comprend un écran d'affichage (2) éclairé par un dispositif de rétro-éclairage. Ledit dispositif de rétro-éclairage comporte au moins une source de lumière (3) et une plaque transparente (4) adaptée pour homogénéiser spatialement la lumière émise par la source de lumière (3). Ladite plaque transparente (4) comporte au moins une tranche présentant des moyens de blocage (5) pour confiner au sein de la plaque transparente (4) les faisceaux lumineux issus de la source de lumière (31) et une face principale de sortie de la lumière en direction de l'écran d'affichage (2), La tranche comporte au moins une fenêtre (6) adaptée pour laisser la lumière se propager à l'extérieur de la plaque transparente (4).
