Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage (10) comprenant : - un écran (13) présentant une transmission optique commandable, et - un premier ensemble de rétro-éclairage (11) configuré pour émettre vers l'écran un premier rayonnement lumineux de manière à éclairer, après transmission par l'écran, un premier champ d'éclairage. Selon l'invention, le dispositif d'affichage comprend un deuxième ensemble de rétro-éclairage (12), situé entre l'écran et le premier dispositif de rétro-éclairage, qui comporte : - un guide de lumière réalisé au moyen d'une plaque (122) au moins partiellement transparente, et - une deuxième source de lumière (112) disposée en périphérie de la plaque, le guide de lumière étant configuré pour qu'un deuxième rayonnement lumineux reçu de la deuxième source de lumière sorte au moins en partie de ladite plaque en direction de l'écran pour éclairer, après traversée de l'écran, un deuxième champ d'éclairage au moins partiellement disjoint du premier champ d'éclairage.
