Abstract
The invention relates to a mobile device made entirely of wood, making it possible to hang in all places like a branch of a tree while keeping the feet on the ground, in order to reverse the action of gravity on the intervertebral discs. It consists of 3 bars, so the bars (let 2) constitute the trunk and the third (3) the branch. The bars (1 and 2) are sliding and each have a series of 10 holes (7) for adjusting the height of the bar (3) to the centimeter. This all-wood device can be likened to a mobile tree whose branch is adjustable in height. It is particularly intended to naturally combat the main cause of back pain: dehydration of the intervertebral discs.
Description
The present invention relates to a wooden device, transportable and compact, to allow rehydration of the intervertebral discs by suspension. Our invention is in the field of public health, but also that of sustainable development.
Today back pain has become a fatality which few people escape from due to lack of effective prevention. Dehydration of the intervertebral discs is the main cause of back pain. Under the action of gravity and muscle tone, they gradually dehydrate during the day, pack and over the years undergo premature aging. To remedy this problem, it is necessary from time to time during the day to reverse the action of gravity on the intervertebral discs. The simplest and most natural way is to hang from a tree branch. This suspension must be done with the feet on the ground, hips and knees bent at 90 °, which corresponds to a height of suspension bar substantially equal to the size of the user. But in our living space, there are fewer and fewer trees, so few branches at the right height to stretch us. In addition, there is no suitable equipment to do this. There are many specific devices to rehydrate intervertebral discs, such as the "Nubax" and inverted boards, but they are bulky and are intended for indoor use. Mainly made of metal, they are nothing natural. There are also devices that allow you to hang to reverse the action of gravity: the suspension bars to be fixed in the doorway. But they cannot be used outside their support.
La hauteur étant réglée, l'utilisateur peut se suspendre enDevices such as those described by: Radkowsk i John: US 2005/0181914 Al -Policastro Anthony: US D 290 033 SI -Florczak Phillip: US 2009/023566 Al -JP S56 63462 can also be used to re-hydrate the intervertebral discs , but these devices which are difficult to transport for some are made of metal and therefore not very compatible with sustainable development. Our device, which we will call the “Mobile Tree”, is a form of T-to-Back (patent application n ° 14 00919) made of wood, usable in all places, especially where trees are lacking. Made of wood, it is part of a sustainable development project. According to a first characteristic, the base of our device has two adjacent bars, acting as a trunk. These bars slide against each other in order to adjust the height of a third small removable bar, which acts as a branch and which fits onto the upper part of the upper bar. A wooden pin engaged in the holes of the bars makes it possible to block the sliding of the bars and to maintain the small transverse bar at the desired height. The height being adjusted, the user can hang himself in
The two vertical bars of the trunk each have a series of 10 holes with a diameter of 12.5mm. The bottom bar has this series in its upper part and the hole spacing is 3cm. The holes of the high bar have a center distance of 10cm. The combined centers of these two series of holes allow the height of the small hanging bar to be adjusted to the centimeter. The two bars of the foot also each have a longitudinal slide of 6mm, which allows by means of wooden inserts, or according to the variant by a screwing system, to secure the bars while allowing the sliding of one against the other. The wooden pin 12mm in diameter snaps into a hole in each of two series and locks the bar at the desired height. The holes are marked and numbered on the front face of the two bars of the foot to favor the fitting of the pin.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention:
Figure 1 shows the complete device seen from the front.
Figure 2 shows the small bar seen slightly in profile with its nesting notch. FIG. 3 represents the internal face of the low bar of the foot.
Figure 4 shows the outer face of the high bar of the foot.
Figure 5 shows the complete device with the variant.
La partie haute de la barre supérieure (2) possède une échancrure (10) destinée à recevoir la barre de suspension (3) qui elle possède une doubleWith reference to these drawings, the device comprises two adjacent vertical bars, a low bar (1) which remains in contact with the ground and a high bar (2) intended to receive the small horizontal bar (3), which acts as a bar for suspension. The bars (1 and 2) are each provided over a large part of their length with a longitudinal slide (8) intended to receive the internal part (6) of each of the two wooden pieces (5) which ensure the sliding and the maintenance of the two bars (1 and 2) between them. These said bars (1 and 2) each have a series of 10 holes (7), which by their respective centers allow the height of the small bar (3) to be adjusted to cm, in order to adapt it to the size of its user. The holes (7) of the low bar (1) have a center distance of 3cm and the holes (7) of the high bar (2) have a center distance of 10 cm. Thus for bars (1 and 2) measuring lm20 the height of the horizontal bar (3) can be positioned every centimeter from lm25 to 2m. The front parts of the bars (1 and 2) have a marking and numbering from 0 to 9 (13) of each of the holes (7) in order to facilitate the positioning of the pin (4) in these holes (7). Thus once the user has found his correct setting, he only has to reinsert the pin into the holes (7) memorized. The angle between the upper face and the front face of the low bar (1) is strongly bevelled to allow the user to be put in place without feeling this angle (11) in the back. The upper part of the upper bar (2) has a notch (10) intended to receive the suspension bar (3) which has a double
The lower part of the lower bar (1) has its bevelled angles (14) and is covered with a non-slip coating (15). The wooden pin (4) is pointed and has a cord (16) to facilitate its use. The two small wooden pieces intended to maintain and slide the bars (1 and 2) between them are made up of 2 parts, one visible (5) and one internal (6). They are placed in opposition on the bars (let 2). The non visible internal parts (6) are tenon in the mortise (9) of one of the bars (1 or 2), cross the slide (8) of the other bar (lou2), then make a tenon in the part (5 ). Alternatively, these wooden pieces (5 and 6) are replaced by a self-locking nut embedded in a wooden piece (5 ') and by a TRCC screw (6'). The edges of the three bars (1,2 and 3) are slightly rounded and their angles slightly bevelled. The entire device is made of carpentry wood. Ash, hard and flexible wood is probably the best suited.
