l'état de l'art du LSA, y compris les normes ETSI, ne décrit pas de méthode comment les paramètres radio des stations de base radio du réseau de l'utilisateur secondaire situées au voisinage d'une ou plusieurs zones de protection sont reconfigurés pour assurer la protection desdites zones. La présente invention décrit une méthode ; cette méthode permet de déterminer puis d'ajuster les puissances de transmission maximales autorisées des stations de base radio du réseau de l'utilisateur secondaire quand lesdits stations se situent au voisinage d'une ou plusieurs zones de protection de l'utilisateur primaire.
