Abstract

Un système embarqué (15) comprend une unité électronique (11) et un premier circuit de communication sans fil (12). L'unité électronique (11) est conçue pour mettre en œuvre un protocole de communication selon lequel le premier circuit de communication sans fil (12) effectue des échanges de données avec un second circuit de communication sans fil (22) pendant des créneaux temporels séparés par un intervalle de temps prédéterminé. L'unité électronique de commande est conçue en outre pour déclencher, après chacun d'une pluralité desdits échanges de données, un échange, entre le premier circuit de communication sans fil (12) et le second circuit de communication sans fil (22), d'au moins un signal électromagnétique utilisé pour évaluer la distance (d) séparant le premier circuit de communication sans fil (12) et le second circuit de communication sans fil (22). Un identifiant correspondant et un procédé d'évaluation d'une distance sont également décrits.
