Abstract

Un comptoir frigorifique (100) comprend: un châssis (1) qui soutient une cellule frigorifique (2) ayant un compartiment réfrigéré (20) contenant une pluralité de produits (4), un système de refroidissement (3) qui refroidit le compartiment réfrigéré (20), et un système de ventilation (7; 107) apte à générer un premier flux d’air froid (F1) qui suit un parcours annulaire sur un plan transversal du comptoir frigorifique, de façon à circuler autour des produits (4) dans un sens déterminé de rotation et apte à inverser le sens de rotation du premier flux d’air froid (F1) de manière à générer un second flux d’air froid (F2) ayant un sens de rotation contraire par rapport au sens de rotation du premier flux d’air froid (F1).
