Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse d'un échantillon de biocarburant comprenant des esters méthyliques d'acides gras en vue de déterminer la teneur en glycérol libre, caractérisé en ce que ; - on effectue l'extraction en phase solide du glycérol à partir de l'échantillon dans un collecteur contenant une cartouche de silice, en éluant, d'une part, une phase contenant les esters méthyliques et les acylglycérols et, d'autre part, une phase contenant le glycérol libre puis, - on sèche ladite phase et on la met en suspension dans le solvant éthanol, - on introduit ladite suspension dans une cellule électrochimique contenant un électrolyte à base d'hydroxyde de potassium et une électrode en carbone vitreux modifiée par dépôt de nanoparticules de palladium et, - on mesure la concentration en glycérol libre par voltamétrie cyclique.The invention relates to a method for analyzing a biofuel sample comprising fatty acid methyl esters in order to determine the content of free glycerol, characterized in that; the glycerol is extracted in the solid phase from the sample in a collector containing a silica cartridge, eluting, on the one hand, a phase containing the methyl esters and the acylglycerols and, on the other hand, a phase containing free glycerol then, - said phase is dried and it is suspended in the ethanol solvent, - said suspension is introduced into an electrochemical cell containing an electrolyte based on potassium hydroxide and a modified glassy carbon electrode by deposition of palladium nanoparticles and, - the concentration of free glycerol is measured by cyclic voltammetry.
