Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite comportant, dans l'ordre, les étapes de : - réalisation d'une préforme (34) en empilant des plis de fibres sur un moule (38), - réalisation d'au moins un évidement (42) dans la préforme (34) correspondant à au moins une des découpes de la pièce, - consolidation de la préforme (34) pour obtenir la pièce, et - démoulage de la pièce. La présence des évidements (42) dans la préforme (34) lors de l'étape de consolidation permet de rendre moins aléatoire le retour élastique si bien qu'il est plus facile de le quantifier sans avoir besoin de recourir à des essais réels.
