L'invention concerne un dispositif de sécurité destiné à être mis en œuvre sur un générateur vapeur et comportant : - au moins deux pressostats (20) de niveaux d'intégrité de sécurité au moins égal à 2 ; - au moins deux sondes (21) de niveau d'eau de niveaux d'intégrité de sécurité au moins égal à 3 ; - au moins deux arrêts d'urgence (22) de niveaux d'intégrité de sécurité au moins égal à 3 ; - un automate de sécurité (23) ; - un ensemble de relayage (24) raccordé aux sorties dudit automate de sécurité et apte à arrêter le générateur de vapeur en cas d'urgence ; les pressostats (20), les sondes (21) et les arrêts d'urgence (22) étant indépendants les uns des autres dans leur fonctionnement.
