L'invention a pour objet siège pour véhicule automobile comprenant un dossier comportant un flasque de dossier (13) et une assise montés articulés l'un relativement à l'autre, et comportant un flasque d'assise (14), le siège comprenant au moins une vis (10) de fixation du flasque de dossier (13) et du flasque de l'assise (13), la vis (10) étant munie d'une tête (11) et d'un corps (12) munie d'une paroi (17), dite paroi d'appui, destinée à coopérer avec l'un du flasque de dossier (13) ou du flasque de l'assise (14), dit flasque d'appui, l'autre du flasque de dossier (13) ou du flaque de l'assise (14) étant appelé flasque associé, le flasque d'appui (14) comprenant un orifice (16) de réception de la vis (10), la vis (10) et le flasque d'appui (14) étant configurés de sorte qu'en position de serrage la paroi d'appui (17) et le flasque d'appui (14) forment un moyen de retenue de la tête (11) de la vis (10) hors de l'orifice de réception (16).
