Abstract
Un dispositif (DA) assiste un conducteur d'un véhicule (V) comprenant des moyens d'analyse (MAL) propres à déterminer des informations représentatives du comportement et de la physiologie du conducteur, et comprend : - des moyens de traitement (MT) adaptant des règles de décision globales, construites par auto-apprentissage à partir d'informations représentatives des comportements et physiologies d'un ensemble de conducteurs et délivrant un état de vigilance d'un conducteur en cas d'alimentation avec des informations déterminées représentatives du comportement et de la physiologie du conducteur, en fonction des informations déterminées afin de générer des règles de décision dédiées adaptées au conducteur, puis alimentant ces règles de décision dédiées avec les informations déterminées afin de délivrer l'état de vigilance du conducteur, et - des moyens de contrôle (MCT) déclenchant une alerte lorsque l'état de vigilance est inférieur à un premier seuil.
