Abstract
A device (DA) assists a driver of a vehicle (V) comprising analysis means (MAL) suitable for determining information representative of the behavior and physiology of the driver, and comprises: - processing means (MT) adapting global decision rules, constructed by self-learning from information representative of the behaviors and physiologies of a set of drivers and delivering a state of vigilance of a driver in the event of a power supply with determined information representative of the behavior and the physiology of the driver, as a function of the information determined in order to generate dedicated decision rules adapted to the driver, then supplying these dedicated decision rules with the information determined in order to deliver the state of vigilance of the driver, and - means control (MCT) triggering an alert when the state of vigilance is below a first threshold.
