Abstract

L'invention concerne un contacteur électrique (100), comprenant une paire de contacts fixes (106), un élément de contact (120) qui est fabriqué dans un matériau non-magnétique , mais électriquement conducteur, et qui est mobile en translation entre une position fermée, dans laquelle il est apte à conduire un courant électrique entre les deux contacts fixes et une position ouverte, dans laquelle il est isolé des deux contacts fixes. le contacteur comprend un électroaimant (122), qui est agencé de façon à générer, lorsqu'il est alimenté en avec un courant pulsé alternatif, un champ magnétique variable et des courants induits à l'intérieur de l'élément de contact (120), ce qui crée une force résultante déplaçant l'élément de contact de sa position fermée à sa position ouverte.
