Abstract

L'invention porte principalement sur un procédé d'estimation d'un débit de gaz d'échappement réintroduits dans un collecteur d'admission (42) d'un moteur thermique (5) par un système (23) de recirculation des gaz d'échappement, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comporte: - une étape de détermination de la section de la vanne (25) du système (23) de recirculation des gaz d'échappement, - une étape de détermination d'une pression en amont et en aval de la vanne (25) du système (23) de recirculation des gaz d'échappement, - une étape de détermination d'une température en amont et en aval de la vanne (25) du système (23) de recirculation des gaz d'échappement, et - une étape d'estimation du débit des gaz d'échappement réintroduits dans le collecteur d'admission (42) du moteur thermique (5) en fonction de la section de la vanne (25) du système (23) de recirculation des gaz d'échappement, de la pression en amont et en aval de la vanne (25) du système (23) de recirculation des gaz d'échappement, et de la température en amont et en aval de la vanne (25) du système (23) de recirculation des gaz d'échappement.
