L'invention concerne un procédé de stockage, sur des serveurs (3, 4) de données, de tranches (51 à 58) de fichiers (5, 61 à 64) de données issues de l'exécution de plusieurs processus (65 à 68) d'une ou de plusieurs applications (83, 85), comprenant : une répartition des tranches (51 à 58) de fichiers (5, 61 à 64) de données stockées sur différents serveurs (3, 4) de données, caractérisé en ce que : cette répartition est réalisée de manière à ce que des tranches (51 à 58) de fichiers (5, 61 à 64) de données susceptibles d'être accédées ultérieurement simultanément par différents processus (65 à 68) d'application (83, 85) soient stockées sur différents serveurs (3, 4) de données, de manière à réduire l'accès ultérieur, à chacun de tout ou partie de ces serveurs (3, 4) de données, simultanément par trop de processus (65 à 68) d'application (83, 85), et en ce que : la détermination des tranches (51 à 58) de fichiers (5, 61 à 64) de données susceptibles d'être accédés simultanément par différents processus (65 à 68) d'application (83, 85) a été effectuée, lors d'une phase préalable d'exécution de ces processus (65 à 68) d'application (83, 85), par l'observation du comportement de ces processus (65 à 68) d'application (83, 85) pour accéder, au cours du temps, à ces tranches (51 à 58) de fichiers (5, 61 à 64) de données stockées.
