Abstract
Selon un aspect, la présente description concerne un ballon captif (2) comprenant une enveloppe hermétique (20) contenant un gaz plus léger que l'air, avec une face externe (21), un câble de rappel (24) et un dispositif d'accroche (22, 23) d'une extrémité du câble de rappel à ladite enveloppe (20), au moins un dispositif ionisant (26) comprenant une pluralité de pointes émettrices d'ions (50), agencé sur la face externe (21) de l'enveloppe et capable d'ioniser des particules fines en suspension dans l'air ambiant, un revêtement sur au moins une partie de la face externe (21) de l'enveloppe, ledit revêtement contenant un photocatalyseur capable de transformer au moins une partie desdites particules fines ionisées déposées sur la face externe de l'enveloppe en produits d'oxydation CO2 et H2O.
