L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) de communication modulaire comprenant une carte électronique de gestion (24) comprenant un processeur, une carte électronique de communication (26) configurée pour communiquer sur un lien de communication sans fil via une pluralité de réseaux de communication de type différent, et un câble flexible primaire (28) connecté de manière amovible, d'une part, à la carte électronique de gestion (24) et, d'autre part, à la carte électronique de communication (26), ledit câble flexible primaire (28) comprenant au moins une ligne d'alimentation électrique et au moins une ligne de communication de données reliant la carte électronique de gestion (24) et la carte électronique de communication (26).
