Abstract

Cette cartouche chauffante (1) comporte un tube thermoconducteur (10), adapté pour être plongé dans une matière thermodilatable d'un élément thermostatique et comprenant un corps cylindrique (11) se prolongeant axialement par un évasement (12) ; des moyens de chauffage électriques internes ; une embase (30) en une matière plastique, solidarisée au tube par surmoulage de l'évasement, supportant une connexion électrique entre les moyens de chauffage et une source de courant externe, et adaptée pour être reçue dans un logement (3) d'un boîtier de vanne (2) ; et un joint (50) fixé à l'embase et incluant une première partie (51) qui, lorsque l'embase est reçue dans le logement, est appuyée radialement contre le boîtier dans le logement de manière à étancher l'intérieur du logement. Afin d'améliorer l'étanchéité de cette cartouche, le joint inclut également une seconde partie (52), qui est distincte de la première partie et qui est appuyée radialement contre le corps cylindrique du tube de manière à étancher l'interface de surmoulage entre l'évasement du tube et l'embase.
