Système de téléconduite d'un réseau de distribution électrique, comprenant un module central (MC) et une pluralité de modules de contrôle (MT) reliés entre eux par un réseau de communication (4), le module central et chacun de la pluralité de modules de contrôle comportant une horloge interne respective, caractérisé en ce que Le module central (MC) est adapté pour envoyer à chacun de la pluralité de modules de contrôle (MT) un signal périodique de référencement des horloges des modules de contrôle, à l'aide d'un premier protocole de communication, Le module central (MC) est adapté pour envoyer à chacun de la pluralité de modules de contrôle (MT) un signal périodique (SM) de synchronisation de mesure à une première fréquence, à l'aide d'un deuxième protocole de communication, Chacun de la pluralité de modules de contrôle (MT) est adapté pour utiliser le signal de synchronisation de mesure reçu pour générer un signal (S3) d'échantillonnage de mesure à une deuxième fréquence commune, plus élevée que la première fréquence.
