Abstract

L'invention concerne un module photovoltaïque semi-transparent constitué d'une pluralité de cellules photovoltaïques connectées électriquement en série, lesdites cellules étant composées de : - zones actives (2) photovoltaïques contenus dans des couronnes appelées couronnes actives, lesdites zones actives photovoltaïques d'une même couronne active étant séparés par des zones d'isolation (4) ; - espace vacant (3) formant des zones de transparence selon des couronnes transparentes ; deux couronnes adjacentes étant séparées par une couronne transparente (3) et deux zones actives (2) photovoltaïques de couronnes actives adjacentes appartenant à une même cellule étant reliés par au moins un pont d'interconnexion (8) conducteur. Ledit module est caractérisé en ce que les zones d'isolation (4) adjacentes ne sont pas en regard les unes des autres.
