Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif amovible qui s'installe sur les potelets de trottoir permettant d'accueillir les mégots habituellement jetés sur la voie publique. Le dispositif est constitué d'un tube non-magnétique séparé en deux à l'intérieur par le fond du cendrier (C) qui repose sur la tête de la boule. Le système de sécurité placé à hauteur du coup de la boule (point V) est constitué d'une vis sécurisée (S1) qui vient se loger dans l'espace situé sous la boule. La stabilité est assurée par trois aimants posés sur le corps du potelet qui compensent la largeur de la boule (S2). Le cendrier est pourvu d'une surface d'écrasement en son sommet. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à recueillir les mégots sur la voie publique.The invention relates to a removable device which is installed on the sidewalk posts to accommodate butts usually thrown on public roads. Il comporte selon une première caractéristique qu’il s’arrime au potelet sans l’endomager de manière amovible et sécurisé en le chapotant. Il est pourvu d’une surface d’écrasement. Il est constitué d’une section de tube pourvu d’un fond intérieur situé en son milieu. Le cendrier s’enfile sur le potelet par le haut et repose sur sa tête en s’appuyant sur le fond central, la partie supérieure A est le réceptacle des mégots quand la partie inférieure B forme une jupe autour du potelet. Le cendrier dispose d’un système de securité et de stabilisation placé sur cette jupe. La sécurité est assuré par une vis à tête spéciale qui s’enfonce dans le vide situé sous la tête du potelet, ce qui empêche son enlèvement. Elle est situé à une distance précise de la base du cendrier. Elle est actionné par une clef type manivelle. La stabilté est assuré par trois aimants placés sur le fût du potelet qui compensent la largeur inférieure du potelet par rapport à la tête. Ils sont curves pour s’adapter à la circonférence du corps du potelet. Le cendrier est en alliage non-magnétique. Le cendrier est arrimée au plot par une vis sécurisée S1 qui s’enfonce dans le vide situé sous la tête du potelet dit point V (fig 1 et 3) et empêche ainsi son enlèvement. Cette vis est placée dans la partie B à 8,5 cm de la base du cendrier C, ce qui correspond à la hauteur de la tête du plot (fig 1 et 3). Elle est suffisament longue >15 mm pour bloquer le cendrier et idéalement courte <25 mm pour ne pas saillir quand elle enfoncée à fond (fig2). La vis à tête spéciale est actionné par une clef de forme manivelle. Ce système permet de démonter le cendrier rapidement pour le vidage et assure sa sécurité. Le sytème de stabilisation S2 (fig.2) est composé de trois aimants dont l’épaisseur (6mm) compense la largeur du plot (75mm) qui inférieure à celle de la tête (87mm). La surface d’écrasement vient couvrir au deux tiers la partie supérieure A (fig 3), elle peut être réalisé de trois manières (fig 4), a : des petits trous, b : une grille, c : une surface bosselé.Part C is pierced with holes and rests on the head of the stud.
