Abstract

Orthèse (1), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une nappe (2) présentant (i) au moins un fourreau (8) présentant une ouverture (82) à l'une de ses extrémités, le fourreau (8) étant adapté pour recevoir une baleine (9) présentant une forme curviligne selon son axe longitudinal, (ii) au moins une première face extérieure (21a), (iii) au moins une deuxième face extérieure (21b), et (iv) au moins une boucle de serrage (7) adaptée pour être traversée par une sangle (5) de serrage fixée à la nappe (2). La nappe (2) présente des moyens de réversion de ladite au moins une boucle de serrage (7), pour que ladite au moins une boucle de serrage (7) puisse être positionnée alternativement en appui contre la première face extérieure (21a) ou contre la deuxième face extérieure (21b), et l'orthèse (1) présentant des moyens de positionnement et de blocage de la baleine (9) dans le fourreau (8).
