Abstract

Dispositif pour sertir ensemble deux pièces en tôle (2, 3) comprenant une lame de sertissage (4) destinée à être maintenue et déplacée par un robot et comportant sur l'une de ses faces une vrille de sertissage qui, lors du déplacement de la lame de sertissage (4), est apte à plier progressivement, par frottement, le bord (2a) de l'une (2) des deux pièces, à partir d'une position dans laquelle ce bord est dressé vers le haut jusqu'à une position rabattue sur le bord (3a) de l'autre pièce (3), caractérisé en ce que ladite face de la lame de sertissage (4) comporte à l'arrière de la vrille (5), relativement au sens (F) de déplacement de la lame de sertissage (4), au moins un évidement (6) de section transversale en forme d'arc de cercle dont l'axe est parallèle à la direction (F) de déplacement de la lame de sertissage (4).
