Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'aiguilletage circulaire d'une structure textile formée à partir d'une nappe fibreuse hélicoïdale, dans lequel une nappe fibreuse (12) hélicoïdale enroulée en spires superposées sur un plateau (8) d'une table d'alimentation en nappe (4) animé d'un mouvement de rotation autour d'un axe vertical (10) est déroulée et guidée au travers d'une goulotte verticale (14) vers un plateau (16) d'une table d'aiguilletage (6) animé d'un mouvement de rotation autour de l'axe vertical, ladite nappe fibreuse déposée sur le plateau de la table d'aiguilletage étant soumise à un aiguilletage par une tête d'aiguilletage (18) s'étendant au-dessus d'un secteur angulaire du plateau et animée d'un mouvement vertical de va-et-vient par rapport au plateau, le procédé comprenant la régulation de la vitesse de rotation (V1) du plateau de la table d'alimentation en nappe en fonction de la quantité de nappe fibreuse présente dans la goulotte.
