Ensemble (10) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, comprenant un réservoir principal (20) délimitant au moins un volume interne contenant ledit produit, une partie de fermeture (30) destinée à venir obturer ledit volume interne et comprenant au moins un orifice de passage (33) vers ledit volume interne, et une capsule (40) délimitant une chambre de dosage (46) et comprenant au moins un orifice de distribution (47) associé à l'orifice de passage (33), ladite capsule (40) étant montée à rotation sur ladite partie de fermeture (30) entre une première position de fermeture dans laquelle l'orifice de passage (33) et l'orifice de distribution (47) sont décalés de manière à empêcher le passage du produit du volume interne vers la chambre de dosage (46) et une deuxième position d'ouverture dans laquelle l'orifice de passage (33) et l'orifice de distribution (47) se superposent de manière à permettre le passage du produit du volume interne vers la chambre de dosage (46).
