Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de dépôt d’un revêtement protecteur transparent (7) sur un substrat transparent (1) pourvu d’une couche métallique (5), caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :- application, sur la couche métallique (5) du substrat (1), d’une solution (9) comprenant au moins un précurseur silicique, au moins un tensioactif et au moins un agent de fonctionnalisation chimique apte à rendre le revêtement (7) hydrophobe ;- traitement thermique du substrat (1) de manière à former, avec la solution, un revêtement mésoporeux (7).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ou les précurseurs siliciques sont choisis parmi : le tétraéthylorthosilicate, le poly(diéthoxysilane) et/ou le poly(diméthoxysilane).
- 3. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l’agent de fonctionnalisation comprend un ou plusieurs organosilanes choisis parmi un groupe portant une ou plusieurs fonctions non hydrolysables de type alkyle, tels que le méthyltriéthoxysilane, le méthyltriméthoxysilane, le diméthyldiéthoxysilane, le n-propyltriéthoxysilane, le n-butyltriméthoxysilane, le n-octyltriméthoxysilane, le phényltriéthoxysilane, le phényltriméthoxysilane et/ou le (2-phényléthyl)triméthoxysilane, ou du groupe des fluoroalkyles, tels que le 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriéthoxysilane, le polytrifluoropropylméthylsiloxane, le nonafluorohexyltriéthoxysilane.
- 4. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le ou les agents tensioactifs sont non ioniques et choisis parmi : le brij-58 (dénomination commerciale déposée), le brij-C10 (dénomination commerciale déposée), et/ou les pluronics F127 et P123 (dénomination commerciale déposée).
- 5. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l’application de la solution (9) sur la couche métallique (5) du substrat (1 ) est réalisée par trempage et/ou aspersion dudit substrat (1).
- 6. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend, en outre, une étape de traitement par UV, entre les étapes d’application de la solution (9) et de traitement thermique.
- 7. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la5 solution (9) comprend en outre, des composés aptes à consolider la matrice silicique du revêtement, tels que des acides photogénérés et/ou des thermoacides.
- 8. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la solution (9) comprend, en outre, de l’eau acidifiée à un pH compris entre 1.510 et4.
- 9. Substrat transparent (1), tel qu’un vitrage automobile (1), pourvu d’une couche métallique (5) et d’un revêtement protecteur (7) sur ladite couche (5), caractérisé en ce que le revêtement (7) est transparent, mésoporeux et hydrophobe, susceptible d’être obtenu par le procédé de l’une des15 revendications 1 à 8, et présente un indice de réfraction inférieur ou égal à 1.3 de 200 à 1600 nm.
- 10. Substrat transparent (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement (7) comprend une matrice hybride organique-inorganique avec une porosité supérieure ou égale à 30% en volume du revêtement (7).
